Default values match a typical mid-market SaaS web-to-print personalizer in 2026. Replace them with your actual situation:
- Monthly orders — count personalized orders specifically. Generic ecommerce orders that don't run through the designer are out of scope.
- Products per order — most personalized orders are one or two products; team-kit orders can be much higher. Use your average.
- Competitor monthly fee — the subscription line item from your vendor's pricing page. Annual contracts usually divide by 12.
- Per-product fee — most SaaS personalizers charge a few cents to a dollar per personalized product. Some bury this in tiered pricing; ask explicitly during the demo.
- Per-order commission — marketplaces and some personalizers take a percentage of order value. Most modern SaaS personalizers do not, but it varies.
- Average order value — used only to compute commission.
The calculator floors negative savings at zero. At a flat $29/month, PrintIntegrator is cheaper than almost any per-order tool from the first month — the only exception is a near-free competitor at near-zero volume, and we'll tell you that on a sales call rather than try to sign you anyway.
